Presentation of IFPASS

INSURANCE SCHOOL - IFPASSL 'INSURANCE PROFESSION TRAINING INSTITUTE (IFPASS) is a training organization in the insurance profession, acting in close collaboration with ENASS. The main objective of the IFPASS is to prepare and / or issue certifications, in continuing, initial and learning training, as well as to participate in the development of a common pedagogical project with ENASS - CNAM Institute in a spirit of partnership.

IFPASS is administered by a board of directors based on a scientific committee responsible for analyzing the needs of the profession and to guide the training offer in response to these needs.

The IFPASS Board of Directors, itself composed of two colleges (an employers' college and a college of employees), is composed of a President (Michel Villatte), a Vice President (Joël Mottier) and a vice-president (Nathalie Bréléèle).

The IFPASS Scientific Committee renders advisory opinions on the Board of Directors on the training offer and defines the strategic directions of the Institute. The IFPASS Scientific Committee, bringing together a total of 20 members, is composed of operational leaders and human resources directors as well as members of the representative organizations of employers and employees of the profession. It is chaired by Dominique Orsal, Federal Secretary to the CFDT Federation of Assurance Branch Services.
Formations of IFPASS

Insurance School - FormationsThe Training Institute for the Insurance Profession (IFPASS) offers several types of training, namely:

- diploma courses,
- certifying training,
- Adaptive qualifying training.

The formations proposed by the IFPASS can be carried out according to different modes, the IFPASS proposing:
- initial or continuous training,
- Formational training courses,
- remote training / e-learning,
- learning training,
- Inter or intra-enterprise training.

In total, the IFPASS today has 246 training proposals (all training courses).
