Demon Slayer Season 2 Age of each character

Demon Slayer season 2: Entertainment District arc was released yesterday and fans seem particularly curious about the ages of the characters. Demon Slayer usually features young humans and older demons, and this arc is no exception. Not only the new characters, but even the protagonists have seen some growth.

Kamado Tanjirou

Kamado Tanjirou is the protagonist of Demon Slayer. He is 15 in the Entertainment District arc, he is 16, especially after four months of training at the Butterfly Mansion. His birthday is July 14.

Kamado Nezuko

Tanjirou's younger sister Nezuko, turned into a demon at the age of 12, returns to action in the Demon Slayer Season 2: Entertainment District arc. However, chronologically, she is now 14 years old. She was born on December 28.

Agatsuma Zenitsu

Zenitsu is the oldest of the four protagonists at 16 years old. His maturity is displayed when he is the only one to react rationally to Uzui's claims to be a god. Zenitsu's birthday falls on September 23.

Hashibira Inosuke

Like Tanjirou, Inosuke is 15 and transitions to 16 in the Demon Slayer Season 2: Entertainment District arc. However, the brash and courageous attitude of the young slayer belies her age. Inosuke's birthday is April 22.

Uzui's house

Uzui Tengen

Sound Hashira Uzui Tengen takes on the role of mentor for the three boys in the Demon Slayer Season 2: Entertainment District arc. At 23, Uzui is the second oldest Hashira.

Sum

Suma is the youngest of Uzui's wives at 19. She has a lively personality and cheerful demeanor.

Makio

Makio is brash, loud, and sometimes violent. She is 20 years old and one of Uzui's wives.

Hinatsuru

At 21, Hinatsuru is the oldest of Uzui's wives and closest to him in age. She is strategic, sweet and kind. Uzui often calls her Hina.

The domain of Papillon

Tsuyuri Kanao

Although Kanao doesn't feature prominently in this arc, she does become prominent later on. She is 16 at the start of the series and is 17 in the Demon Slayer Season 2: Entertainment District arc. Kanao is Kocho Shinobu's Tsugoku or successor, the Insect Hashira.

Kanzaki Aoi

Demon Slayer Season 2: Entertainment District arc begins with Uzui having kidnapped Aoi. Although the latter is part of the Demon Slayer Corps, she does not want to fight due to past trauma and has instead run the Butterfly Mansion. Aoi is 16 years old.

Nakahara Sumi, Terauchi Kiyo and Takada Naho

Naho, Kiyo, and Sumi are three girls who were taken in by Kocho Shinobu and now help Aoi run the Butterfly Estate. Their ages are not specified in the manga, but they are all younger than Aoi and Kanao.

The demons

Daki is the main antagonist of the Demon Slayer Season 2: Entertainment District arc. She is physically younger than 13, but has been alive chronologically for over 200 years. A demon of the Upper Moon, she resides in the Yoshiwara district, posing as Warabihime Oiran in the Kyougoku household.

Gyutarou

Gyuutarou is Daki's older brother. He was 13 years old when Muzan turned him into a demon, but now his lifespan exceeds 200 years.

Muzan appears very briefly in the Demon Slayer Season 2: Entertainment District arc. Although it appears to be almost twenty years old, Muzan has been around for over 1000 years.
