CQP Customer Manager

CQP Insurance - Customer Manager's Pedagogical Objective of Customer Training is to allow the participant to fulfill his Customer Manager, fully satisfying the clients entrusted to him.

We expect a customer manager:
- that he loyal clientele through his advice and services,
- that it increases operations with customers by selling new products,
- that it increases its client portfolio by prospecting new customers.

The educational units of the CQP customer will make it acquired capabilities and know-how allowing him:
- to bring advice and assistance to the customer,
- to manage relationships with insurers,
- to coordinate services and manage the interface with the customer,
- to manage and develop the client portfolio entrusted to it.

CQP Production Manager i.a.r.d.

CQP Insurance - Manager ProductionThe goal of the CQP Production Manager IARD is to train the participant by acquiring capabilities and know-how allowing him:

- establish and ensure the permanent updating of client files on a technical, legal and administrative level,
- to ensure the customer relationship by telephone and mail relating to the life of contracts,
- to contribute to the completion of investigations or statistics,
- to ensure the good flow of information internally.

The lessons of this training CQP Production Manager IARD are composed of the following teaching units:

- Unit 1: Customer Relationship Management
- Unit 2: Support the Company Client Interface
- Unit 3: Create and update contracts
- Unit 4: ensure good communication and circulation of information
- Unit 5: Contribute to the development of the portfolio
- Unit 6: Economy and organization of a brokerage firm
CQP Claims Manager i.a.r.d.

CQP Insurance - Claims Manager The Role of the IARD Claims Manager is:

- advise and assist the customer in the management of a disaster by educating the file for a regulation to the best of his interests and in accordance with the contract,
- to instruct a sinister folder,
- to realize, present and monitor the statistics of claims,
- to ensure the good flow of information internally.

The CQP Claims Manager IARD aims to train the training participant so that it can be able to meet the requirements of its profession.

The CQP Training Curriculum lasts 300 hours and consists of the following teaching units:

Unit 1: Follow and instruct claims folders
Unit 2: Ensure the customer relationship during the procedure
Unit 3: Proceed to compensation
Unit 4: Ensure the good circulation of information and internal communication
Unit 5: Economics and organization of a brokerage firm
