You can unblock it at https://www.youtube.com/address_book under Blocked Users. You will also need to mod Nightbot again afterwards. EDIT: In November YouTube removed this page and the only way to unblock users is through their channel page.
Can Youtubers block you?
You can block someone on YouTube by opening their profile and selecting "Block User" on their About page. To block a user using the YouTube mobile app, go to the user's profile page and tap the three-dot menu at the top of the page.
