All the techniques Nezuko has used in the anime
It's not fair that only the Three Stooges of Demon Slayer get the majority of character development and power. Nezuko, after all, was a major character even before Zenitsu and Inosuke came onto the scene. Luckily, the latest episodes of the Entertainment District Arc showed just how much Nezuko has improved alongside Tanjiro, and it was jaw-dropping.

So far, Nezuko hasn't displayed her full power. Now that she's done it and is about to do it even more (based on the manga), she's only going to get even stronger. These are the benefits of getting a blood bag from Muzan himself. Now, Nezuko has demonstrated the majority of her powers and techniques in the anime. This is what she is capable of so far.

Nezuko chased by Kanao in the anime
Nezuko's first exposure to her demonic abilities was already impressive. She was able to alter her height and age, essentially limited shapeshifting . In her first fight with Tanjiro as a demon, Nezuko managed to build up her muscles and skeleton - enough to defeat Tanjiro, who is older than her.
When not feeding on demonic proteins, Nezuko seems to retain her strength and shape maintaining a much younger and even childlike appearance. It also serves another purpose, which is to help Tanjiro carry it more easily. Other times, she uses her size change to evade attacks.
7 Melee Combat Mastery

Although she doesn't have combat training the way Demon Slayers do, Nezuko can definitely hold her own in a fight. In fact, she has proven recently (at the time of writing) that she can even surpass Tanjiro when it comes to fighting higher level moon demons . It should be noted that she was close to defeating Daki or Upper Moon 6.

What's even more impressive is that Nezuko is a one-trick pony when it comes to fighting where she mostly resorts to kicking her opponents. Even before Arc Entertainment District, she was able to kick a demon's head . It looks like she honed her kicking skills as she managed to do the same with Daki, obliterating half of his head with a surprise kick.
6 Demonic Strength, Speed, And Durability

Of course, it helps that Nezuko's strength and speed are so inhuman that the Hashira were right to fear her. As previously stated, Nezuko was able to overpower someone like Daki . While she was probably the weakest among the Upper Moon or Higher Rank Demons, Nezuko managed to humiliate Daki, which means it's safe to assume she can go up against someone like Daki's brother. Daki or even Akaza.
In combination with her demonic strength, Nezuko uses her speed to attack Daki from behind after faking a full frontal charge. Additionally, she was able to resist Daki's attacks and even prevented some of his deadly belt blows from completely dismembering some limbs. Before the fight with Daki, Nezuko was also able to take on Susamaru and even win against a mock soccer fight with her.
5 Hibernation and self-sufficiency

Whatever Muzan's intentions of turning Nezuko into a demon, it seems his little experiment is paying off. Nezuko quickly distinguished herself from the other demons by becoming semi-independent of human blood as her sustenance . While other demons would have starved to death, Nezuko only grew weak when she was deprived of human blood.

Instead, Nezuko was able to hibernate for long periods of time in order to regain her strength and demonic abilities. without the need for human blood. This also explains why she's mostly absent during some of Tanjiro's smaller fights. Nezuko doesn't have the same stamina as other demons and will likely wear herself out if she fought with only hibernation as her main diet.
4 Awakened Form

Most of Nezuko's other techniques before this simply paled in comparison. This appears to be Nezuko's true form if she gets rid of the bamboo talisman blocking her powers. It's also Nezuko's most visually spectacular technique or ability as she grows into a mature form here with leaf tattoos and a horn on her forehead. Every demonic power she possesses is also enhanced in this form .
Based on that alone, it looks like it's not even his final transformation yet. There were some downsides to this technique as it required an immediate or available source or storage of human blood, which is why Nezuko tried to attack civilians. Additionally, she enters a berserk or trance-like state during this awakened form, making her a loose cannon.
3 Quick Regeneration

After releasing her awakened form or true form, Nezuko also gained regeneration to rival that of an upper moon demon, which speaks to the strength of Muzan's blood. With this technique, Nezuko is able to instantly regrow severed limbs and even heal some fatal wounds.

She was even able to reattach her own severed head in the blink of an eye which is all the more impressive since no other Higher Rank has been able to pull off such a feat yet in the anime. Daki herself was surprised at Nezuko's immense regeneration. Before that, Nezuko's regeneration was rather slow and she even needed Lady Tamayo's help after being injured by another demon.
2 Blood control

What helped keep her immortal in her awakened form? her blood which was somewhat prehensile as she was able to control it as if it were some kind of muscle or limb. Apparently, Nezuko can coagulate her exposed blood in order to better control it , practically turning it into a solid once it exits her body and presumably turning it into a liquid again.
With this kind of technique, Nezuko was able to prevent her severed head and limbs from falling to the ground and completely detaching from her body. Then it was a matter of pulling his limbs and head back to reattach them. This makes Nezuko even more durable compared to the High Moon Demons.
1 Blood Explosion/Pyrokinesis Blood Demon Art

This is by far Nezuko's most damaging technique when it comes to fighting her own. Her blood contains special properties that make it lethal when in contact with other demons as Nezuko can immediately ignite her own blood into a pink fire as part of her blood control abilities.
It is also Nezuko's first formal Blood Demon Art. In his case, it's pyrokinesis as pink fire blood has anti-demon properties and in addition to causing nasty burns to any demon in contact with it, it prevents any form of demonic regeneration . Before her fight with Daki, Nezuko also used this bloodthirsty demon art to burn Rui's sons and even dispel Enmu's dream spell. Whatever Muzan gave Nezuko is becoming a weapon against him.
