You contact the insurance mediator to resolve a dispute

You are currently in dispute with an insurance company. If you do not obtain satisfaction from your interlocutor, his hierarchy and the consumer service, you can contact, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, the mediator on which your insurer depends, sending him a copy of all the documents that constitute the file (contractual documents and letters exchanged with your insurer).

If you do not know the competent mediator within your insurance company, your insurer will give you his contact details on request. You can also write to the body responsible for centralizing complaints, which will direct you to the competent mediator:

BP Médiation Assurance 1, rue Jules-Lefebvre 75431 Paris Cedex 09.

If the mediator's solution is not successful, nothing prevents you from going to court, possibly asking for help from a consumer association.
