It is not about remaining indifferent to these techniques of seduction, but rather knowing when to give in to them. Sooner or later in the year, a majority of products and services do end up on sale. It is therefore possible, and how advantageous, to plan your purchases according to the cyclical periods of sales. The change of model year is a great time to buy the current vehicle which will be sold at a discount to make way for the new model. Late spring and early summer are also a good time to buy a vehicle. Indeed, as it is the peak period and the competition is at its strongest, the consumer may be favored. It is also important to consider that many manufacturers present new models at the first major auto shows of the year in Detroit, New York, Chicago and Geneva and that some of these models are quickly finding their way to dealerships. We must then free up space to make room for its first novelties of the year. A word of advice: it is always better to focus on the end of the month for a purchase, at all times of the year. If monthly sales targets aren't met, sellers are more negotiable on the 29th of the month than on the 3rd of the month. These indications also apply to other motorized vehicles (motorcycles, scooters, all-terrain vehicles). A popular model will sell for the same price all year round. The search for the lowest price must therefore be carried out in another area, by visiting different points of sale.
